Five Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

1.Place the parts in the first tank for ultrasonic cleaning with a filtration system. The cleaning solution is tap water mixed with detergent, and the cleaning time is approximately 15 minutes.

2.After 15 minutes, transfer the parts to the second tank for rinsing to remove the cleaning agent and residual stains, ensuring a better cleaning result. Use only tap water, and soak the parts in the second tank for about 5 minutes.

3.After rinsing in the second tank, move the parts to the third tank for an additional rinse. Again, use only tap water, and soak the parts for another 5 minutes.

4.Finally, place the parts in the drying tank for 5-10 minutes to complete the cleaning process.

5.The fifth and subsequent cleaning tanks are designed for specialized applications, capable of performing cleaning, rinsing, drying, filtering, agitation, bubbling, lifting, spraying, explosion-proof protection, and cooling functions.
