Clamp Type Fully Automatic Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment

The fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine operates entirely through mechanical automation, utilizing a single-beam multi-arm manipulator.

It primarily consists of two key components: the ultrasonic cleaning tank and the ultrasonic generator.

The tank is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, offering excellent elasticity and corrosion resistance, with an ultrasonic transducer vibrator mounted at the bottom.

The ultrasonic generator produces high-frequency, high-voltage power, which is delivered to the transducer via a cable connection.

Together, the transducer and the vibration plate generate high-frequency resonance, causing the solvent in the tank to be agitated by ultrasonic waves, effectively removing dirt and contaminants from the workpieces.
